Four Seasons Yachts brings the namesake hotel brand's legacy of elegance and excellence to the high seas. With first sailings planned for 2026, Four Seasons Yachts will take guests on extraordinary journeys to unique corners of the world unseen by traditional cruise and yacht lines, putting FSY in a category of one.

We worked with FSY to architect their digital experience, FourSeasonsYachts.com, capturing the spirit of yachting and story of their brand. The site fuses luxury editorial content with practical tools for guests to explore, book and plan their voyage. It blends leading technology and interaction design with personal, human service that guests have come to expect from the Four Seasons brand.

Digital Experience Architecture

We conducted foundational research to understand the needs of various audiences served by the site, including travelers, their personal assistants, and travel advisors/agents. Using persona based design, we defined the MVP digital experience and roadmap for additional features, including shopping and booking, digital tools to plan your trip, and even the post-voyage experience.

Immersive Motion

The site design puts FSY's destinations front and center. Dynamic motion captures the stunning beauty of the ship and unique ports of call, telling the story of the FSY experience and giving prospective guests a taste of the journey ahead.

Flexible search and filter tools make it easy for guests to browse voyages and find an itinerary that's perfect for them. The site funnels interested clients to get in touch with a Four Seasons Yachts personal travel concierge, who are responsible for handling bookings.

Mobile First Navigation

Supporting travelers with an on-the-go lifestyle, the floating navigation is positioned at the bottom of the screen within easy tap reach for mobile, and expands horizontally on desktop to include extra features like page section jump links and key call-to-action buttons. For logged-in users, the navigation also includes quick access to your Personal Concierge, to quickly reach your main point of contact at Four Seasons Yachts Reservations.
